A nod to the 70s is reflected in both the exterior and interior design of this large family home. Central to the interior scheme is an open tread wooden staircase with wooden slats which form the balustrade and also continue to the ground floor dividing the living space.
Aston Distressed was selected to complement the light wood used throughout the home. Its grey to buff tones add warmth without sapping the exceptional amount of natural light entering through the wall to ceiling glazing.
Aston Distressed has rounded and fettered edges with a smooth, flat finish which is hand-applied to re-create the appearance of old flagstones.
